ORIENTAL MINDORO PROVINCE PHILIPPINES

The next morning after the scary encountered we had with those young children. We were finally so much ready to hit the road to Mindoro. Well, it’s not that easy, but all I knew that time was excitement can take all the exhausting part of the travel.

My eldest brother was waiting for us at Batangas port, to help us with our heavy luggage full of stuff for family. Nothing changed in that place, except that the fast ferry ticketing boot wasn’t there anymore. It made us confused, good that I have my brother to help; knew better than me. So there we go.

A funny thing was, my husband almost doesn’t fit on his seats. Seats were too short for him, and he sat at the middle, which is even worst. (Giggling)

While we were traveling; the weather gets worst, and it caused huge waves and rain. Not good for people like us who didn’t have any plenty of time to rest. I thought I’m going to throw out, good that I managed to control it.

When we arrived to Mindoro Island, I finally saw my mother’s beautiful smile. I remembered she was waving and smiling, with my sister-in law. They were waiting for us, with car and driver who will drive us home. Another 3 hours of road trip.

“WHAT ARE YOU TWO EATING IN CZECH? YOU GREW SO MUCH, BOTH OF YOU.” That was the first few words that came out from my mother’s mouth. Everybody does say that right after her. Well, it’s good that they even recognized me from a distance. (Giggling)

On the way to our place was fun. Everyone was laughing, and of course talking about “When are we going to have our first baby.”

So back to the story, we reached our home before 4:00 in the afternoon. My father was there, and he finished preparing food for us. He said, “Oh, you are so fat.” Same reaction like everyone does. No wonder, because I looked like stick without any meat and fat or even muscles, the last time they saw me. Good thing was that, I finally do exercising that helps me grew a little.

My father prepared my favorite spaghetti and my husband’s favorite the fried crispy chicken. 🙂 I also have this “Buko Salad” (I was craving for that really much, when I was in Czech Republic) . A lot of talking happened. There are many changes in our home that mostly caused me so much trouble; like fell down to the floor, and almost break my legs.

OUR DAY 1 STARTED….

After few minutes of rest; I remembered that we have plenty of chocolates in our luggage that needs to be in the fridge immediately. So I asked my husband to accompany me to the room and pull out all chocolates that was all for them ( They love chocolates), and some stuff for them like clothes which we bought for them.

While they were looking to all the clothes; my sister in-law started to laughed. 🙂 it’s was because all clothes I bought was so big for everyone. Maybe, they needed to bring it to tailor to make it fit for them. (Giggling) So I started laughing a lot, because it was funny and I explained It to them; I don’t see them for so long not even on video call or Skype, or photos over the internet because of the internet connection problem in that said province. I told them, everyone around me was big people so I probably thought that my family were also huge too. (Giggling) Actually, my husband warned me since before that we must buy something smaller than I thought, but I won’t listen to him, so that’s what happened. (But they all like it! That’s all I know. They just need to grow a little or bring it to tailor to make smaller) One problem is my nephew; I don’t also see him for long, and I don’t even know how big is he, so I rather bought him a school bag; but actually the school year is about to end; maybe few more days and it’s going to end. Another mistake, but not totally because he might use it the next school year. (Giggling)
