The Christmas ended well this year, although it isn’t a white Christmas here in our city and probably in most cities here in Czech Republic. The weather was kind of messy. In the evening it was (-) and in the day it was (+), so the road got messy, and wet, and really horrible; but it’s fine. Christmas presents were also given away. My husband managed to surprised me to the highest level. On the day Christmas day, I don’t really have any Christmas gifts under the tree. So I was thinking, maybe that travel to Philippines is the gift for me. I meant, its way too much already. So I really wasn’t thinking; until I gone to shower and after that “Gifts for me were under the tree”.

So enough of Christmas talk. I knew most of us were happy, and some weren’t. (Giggling) So in few days, I will be celebrating my 24th birthday. Nothing special I guess.
So New Year is fast approaching. Have you make a list of your New years resolution? Haven’t done any new years resolution before; but I am thinking that maybe it’s going to be fun to start doing it every year. What do you think? I mean, I wasn’t really thinking before what are the things to do in a whole year; a list of things to improve, learn, or etc. Maybe it is time to do so.
So I got few things in my mind right now. That should be a good start.
* Save Money
So here is the thing why this is first on my list. Year 2012 was kind of crazy year. We spent so much, and so did I. There were so many gatherings that needed a lot of money in year 2012. My allowance a month was nicely budgeted; and I am proud to say that I did good great in money this year, but there are things that needs to priorities at the same time. So I am going to try to do more better than this year 2012. In the year 2013, I must save a lot! (Fingers Cross)
* Learn How To Drive
Well, 2 months ago I was speaking with my husband about it. I knew the fact that it’s going to be more complicated, because right after I get back from long vacation on the Philippines; I have to get back to school. So, I don’t know how I am going to make it, but surely want it so much. Perhaps we got problem too, because there were no English Driving School here, or at least instructor. It would be nice if it will be just English, and not need to be in Czech language because, rules are quiet complicated to understand, but I will try.
*Not be so shy
Yeah, I know! This one will not be difficult, when I think about it; but surely in action I wouldn’t make it. I am extremely shy, and I couldn’t help it. (Sigh) Specially to those people I am not used to talk to or never have a chance to spend much time. Oh, it is so hard! I have to do something with it.
* Travel while we can
So since I am not yet pregnant, I think we are going to take advantage of it. We planned about conceiving, but I guess we are not yet lucky, so while continuing doing the deed, we also maybe take the opportunity to travel more. (That is, if we have money. LOL)
These are things I got for now. I will add up the next time, I think about something else. Have a Happy Safe New Year!!! Keep safe, and make sure you don’t loss fingers, and not end up celebrating in the hospital.

Happy holidays. I don’t like to call them resolutions since it sort of seems like failure if priorities change and I don’t make them, but I do set ‘generalized goals’. I need to get a license over here too. (I know how to drive but it’s been over a year since I have so it’s kind of intimidating…at least I do have the benefit of there being a class and test in English). Good luck on your goals!

This will be my first time to do such thing which they called “New Years Resolution”. 🙂 I never done anything like that before, because I don’t mind and I don’t care. I just thought it will be fun, but I am not sure if I can do it exactly (Giggling).
Anyway, good for you. You can drive, it will not be a problem, you just need to pass the exam and your good to go. Me? I don’t have a freaking idea how will I do it. 😀 I am scared when I think about it, specially when exam will be also in Czech language, and instructor doesn’t speak English at all. That would be interesting ride! 🙂

Yeah, I know how to drive lol, but I haven’t driven in a year and the next time I do all the signs are going to be different than I’m used to…at least they drive on the same side of the road here. But yes all I have to do is pass a written exam.
