Surprise number three (3) is all about shopping and going to short trip to Karlštejn Castle. Shopping? Well, I do have a budget for myself, but my husband insists on paying for all things we bought. It was a surprised because he seems to enjoy our shopping together and I think that is the most important factor. Doing something together willingly, and enjoying every precious moment, even to the point of spending money.
Although, I am starting to think that my husband is becoming a shopaholic like me. (Giggles) He is trying to level up with my shoe collections. Which I believe is really cute. Collecting shoes together.
So much about shopping. So let’s talk about our trip to Karlštejn Castle, which was fun but unfortunately; we haven´t get a chance to take any good quality photos because the lens we brought was accidentally for portrait and whenever we wanted to take photo it´s just too close so we couldn´t really capture very nice photo. (I know.. stupid of us)
So forgive us for just very few photos I´ll be able to post.
This is the view of Karlštejn castle from souvenirs shop down the hill. It s quite a view, and it looks fantastic. Although, if you will pick tour guide make sure they or he/she really speaks good language you prefer, because it is terrible to listen to someone explaining about some important places you are interested with; but you couldn´t even get to understand what he/she meant or saying.
It happened during our tour. Our tour guide unfortunately, speaks English but not very good. She´s more on laughing than explaining and giving details about places history. It´s sad, specially when you pay so much for the trip and you won´t get what you wanted.
So this one is the view from Karlštejn Castle Prague. Those are souvenir shops, restaurant, and where we walked going up to the hill. Make sure you wear a very comfortable shoes when you decided to visit this Castle.
Our trip to Karlštejn Castle went well. We love the place, the view are just fantastic, and the Castle itself is full of good and funny history.
I am really glad that, when we actually enter the Castle there was one tour guide who helps our main tour guide explains the history of each things and every important corner of the Castle; and that´s when fun started.
Just so you know; taking photos inside the castle is unfortunately “Not allowed”.
